2. Scope
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded between Violon D'ingers and its customers via [website / physical gallery / social networks / online platform] for the purchase of works of art (originals, prints, limited editions, etc.).

3. Proposed works
Each work offered for sale is accompanied by a detailed description:

Title, dimensions, technique, support, date of creation

Status: original work / limited edition / reproduction

Price inclusive of tax (VAT included if applicable)

The photographs of the works are non-contractual but representative.

4. Order and validation
The order is confirmed by:

Signing an order form (gallery or email)

Full payment or deposit according to the defined conditions

Acceptance of the T&Cs by the customer

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (previous dispute, unavailability of the work, etc.).

5. Price and payment terms
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Accepted means of payment are: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, cash (in the gallery), or others according to agreement.

A deposit may be required when ordering (30 to 50% in general).
Ownership of the work is only transferred upon full payment.

6. Delivery
Shipping within 7 days after payment confirmation.

Delivery by specialized carrier or post, depending on the nature of the work.

Delivery costs payable by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

The customer is required to check the condition of the work upon receipt and to report any anomaly within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the consumer customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from receipt.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order works.

8. Guarantee and authenticity
Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or representative.
The seller guarantees the authenticity of the work.
In the event of a proven defect, the work will be repaired, exchanged or refunded.

9. Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the sale (loss of operations, data, etc.).
Its liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual property
All works sold remain the intellectual property of the artist, protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
No reproduction or use without authorization is authorized.

11. Personal data
Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
They are used only for order management and commercial relations.

12. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at an amicable resolution will be preferred.
Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the seller's head office.
